Refund Policy:
For refunds, please contact your technician/stylist for more information.
Late/Cancellations:
If running a little late, please understand that every effort will be made to still deliver the service. However, appointments may have to be rescheduled or shortened. We request at least a 24-hour notice in the event of a cancellation, as we may be able to accommodate another guest. Please contact your service provider if you need to cancel or change your appointment.
Exchanges:
Consult your technician/stylist about product exchanges.
Guest Safety and Children:
To ensure the safety of our guests/staff, and to allow us to give each guest our undivided attention, only the person receiving the service is permitted on the styling floor. In our efforts to provide a relaxed and professional experience for all of our guests, we ask that you watch your children at all times while in the salon.
Cell Phones and Electronic Devices:
We kindly request that phones be silenced (specifically in spa area), set to vibrate to ensure that all our guests receive the relaxing experience we strive to provide.
Miscellaneous and Payments:
Chic Beauty Salon & Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items or items left behind. Payment methods vary. Your technician/stylist will be able to confirm their accepted method of payment.
